Job Description:

1. Working with ASML Business Services - Finance Services - TW Tax Compliance team management and/or colleagues to set goals

2. Organize data from primary and secondary sources

3. Handling correspondence

4. Analyzing and record AP invoice

    - General invoice and receipt registration

    - Stamping and sending back zero-rated invoices

    - Handling credit notes

5. Filing bank correspondence

6. Identifying new opportunities for process improvement

7. Supporting ASML Business Services - Finance Services - TW Tax Compliance team in organizing promotional events

8. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Education:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master degree with a concentration in Economics, Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Professional Finance certification encouraged. Knowledge in Accounting is a must.

NTD 180-200 per hour.

Be a true Business Partner to Global Enabling Service at ASML:

1. Familiar with Microsoft Excel

2. People engagement and project tracking.

3. Knowledge of Accounting

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

5. Execute ad hoc analysis and reporting.

6. Participate in business/process improvements projects;

7. Enforce compliance with Code of Conduct, Business principles and SOX compliance;

Other Information:

1. This is a part-time role. You are expected to work at least 20 hours per week during working hours(9:00-18:00 with 1 hour for meal).

2. Proficiency in written and verbal English. Native level of Mandarin Chinese is a pre.

3. The internship is expected to be a full-year contract.
