Collaborate with industry experts to develop investment solutions for our corporate, government, not-for-profit and individual clients worldwide. You'll deliver the strategies that drive our clients' futures while developing your own expertise in a dynamic team environment.

What You Can Expect

You'll work in partnership with our senior business leaders to develop investment strategies that support our clients' needs across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real assets, hedge funds and private equity. You’ll help build a leading global client franchise that delivers excellent investment performance and client service.

This two-year position kicks off with in-depth training. You'll learn about our business strategy and structure from colleagues while sharpening your technical skills, finance and accounting principles, and proficiency with our proprietary tools.

This role is focused in the Asset Management Digital Business

Main responsibilities include:

• Oversee the digital business development cycle, including business creation, design, and development
• Build and deepen strong business partnerships with 3rd party platforms and construct a long-term business plan
• Maintain the highest standards in business ethics and comply with internal guidelines
• Work effectively with different internal parties and able to present on the team’s behalf
• As a team to achieve overall business objectives, i.e. sales targets and other KPIs
• Help on digital business roadmap definition for long term objectives in conjunction with the business and technology to establish a strategic and scalable approach
• Monitor and evaluate the digital business deliverables and benefit by management report preparation
• Perform competitor analysis and user feedback session to keep abreast with latest market invest-tech knowledge and continuous improvement on JPM platform
• Collaborate with respective internal stakeholders, including business and technology teams from APAC and Global, to drive, develop and launch new business and digital projects

Across all areas, this role offers unprecedented training and experience in Asset Management, as well as the potential to join J.P. Morgan's team as an Associate upon contract completion.
