總部位於荷蘭的艾司摩爾 (ASML) 是全球最大晶片微影設備供應商，全球十大半導體廠皆為 ASML 的客戶。在積體電路生產流程中，最重要且關鍵的製程技術莫過於微影 (lithography) 技術。簡而言之，微影就是將電路設計圖影像微縮投射在晶片上。ASML專精於晶片微影設備之設計製造與整合，並打造客戶專屬的服務團隊，幫助客戶達成先進製程研發和量產目標。 ASML 耕耘臺灣市場超過25年，於2003年在新竹成立分公司，並於2007 年在林口成立全球卓越創新中心 ，並進一步在臺灣成立亞洲第一個製造中心。目前，ASML 在臺灣共有林口、新竹、台中、台南四個服務據點，負責產品開發並提供本地客戶支援，主要業務和服務內容包括: 客戶支援服務、 8吋晶片製造微影設備/12吋量測系統和微影設備模組的製造與整合、設備零組件在台採購、半導體應用及技術開發、教育訓練與運籌管理等。
Communications Intern — 1 year
Requirement:
1. Colleague grade 3-4 or master students
2. Fluent English in writing
3. Pay attention to details, responsible and willing to learn
4. Office work hour: 2-3 days per week
Job description:
Internal Communications support
Content and Channel management
• News interview and writing (English or Chinese): 2-3 news per month
• Internal communication channel management: myASML website, TV screen, posters
Event logistic support
• Referral Day program (Jan)
• Quarterly AEM (Feb, May, Aug, Nov)
• Tech Symposium (Nov)
• GPTW-Charity events (Mar/Apr/Dec)
Analyze & Report:
• Employee meeting support and feedback analysis (quarterly)
• News clippings (weekly)
• Manage giveaway (monthly)
