企業參訪報名抽籤名單公布 ( Visiting List Announcement )

1. 本活動有兩場，兩場各自獨立舉行，報名時請分別勾選欲參加的場次。
2. 本活動必須同車去回，不接受自行往返。
3. 距離活動還有一段時間，請確認屆時可以全程參與再報名。
4. 請先想好企業參訪當天提問，於報名時填寫。
5. 10/19(四)12:00開放報名，滿200人系統關閉。
6. 若額滿，大三以上優先，並由報名名單中抽籤：40名參訪人員＋5名候補人員（候補人員亦加保）。
7. 10/24(二)17:00公佈名單。
8. 未能出席時，請及早通知職涯辦公室以利他人候補。
9. 參訪人員請假時依序通知候補人員遞補；候補人員亦可於參訪當天至報到現場等候，若無人請假則無法遞補。
10. 如需公假證明，請至生輔組網站下載申請表並填寫，至職涯辦公室蓋章。

1. There are two corporations; you may choose either one or both to go.
2. All participants are required to use the transportation offered by our office and act as a group all the way through. Leaving the group in the middle of the visit is not allowed.
3. Please confirm your availabilities for the visit before registering to the event.
4. Please propose the questions you are going to ask on the day of visit as this is required for the registration form.
5. Registration will be open on this Thursday, 12:00 Oct. 19. And 200 registrations is the limit. The system will be closed when the number of registrations exceeds the limit. 
6. We are going to draw lots if registrations are over 40. And put 5 registrants on the waiting list.
7. The list will be announced on the website next Tuesday, Oct. 24 before 17:00. A notice via email will be sent to those who are on the waiting list at the same time.
8. If you cannot make it but you are the lucky one, please inform us ASAP to yield the opportunity to those on the waiting list.
9. People on the waiting list can meet us on the day of visit at the Gathering Point in case someone no show.
10. In case an official leave from class is required, please download the form from the website of Student Assistance Division and get the stamp from us.
