【簡介】

 

美國紐約州立大學石溪分校（State University of New York at Stony Brook，縮寫：SUNYSB或SBU），又稱石溪大學（Stony Brook University），成立於1957年，是一所公立大學，以研究見長。位於紐約市東面，長島（Long Island）北岸，乘車一個半小時可到達紐約市。擁有超過22,000名學生。2010-2011全球排名78。

 

韓國紐約州立大學將於2012年春季學期開始招收學生。韓國紐約州立大學位於仁川經濟自由區，是可以在韓國攻讀美國大學學位課程的第一所在韓分校，也是落戶仁川經濟自由區的第一所國際大學。大學營造學生在韓國體驗美國大學的環境，同時致力於提供高水準研發為主的教育機會。

 

仁川經濟自由區以學問深造和研究為目的，引進了適合美國教育的跨國大學。在韓國政府和美國石溪大學共同努力達成共識，由韓國紐約州立大學將美國的教育模式介紹到亞洲地區。

 

韓國紐約州立大學的課程將是石溪大學的教學課程中精選的教育計畫構成。在韓國國內教授的所有教育計畫和美國的教學課程相同，畢業生將獲得石溪大學的學位。
