渣打國際儲備幹部的培訓課程為期兩年，整套完整的訓練發展計畫中，含括在國外與來自全球的國際儲備幹部一起培訓的新進人員訓練, 以及在國內分別於不同部門的輪調實習. 整個過程中，不僅可以讓國際儲備幹部深入瞭解組織架構，學習到紮實的營運流程，風險控制，以及產品知識..等，也能夠建立起良好的人脈網絡。
