Job Requirements
Deutsche Bank is looking for highly numerate, motivated, fast-thinking,
dynamic individuals to make an immediate impact on the trading floor. You
need to be at the top of your class with a passion for learning that matches your
academic aptitude. You should be in your final year of study and we accept
applications from all disciplines. Fluent English is a must.

〔Training and Development〕
As an Analyst joining Global Markets we expect you to show a hunger and
enthusiasm to learn the ropes. If you do not have a finance background, our
training and rotation program will help you learn the basics, enabling you
to find your way around the trading floor and contribute from the start.

Induction Program: The Global Markets induction program takes place in
London.
The program is designed to equip you with the skills you need to hit the
ground running in your new role. As well as providing a great learning
opportunity, the induction program enables you to meet a wide range of
people and build relationships which will be vital to you in your career with the
Bank.

Continuous Development: The Continuous Development Program (CDP) builds on
the solid foundation provided by the induction program. The CDP aims not only to
provide ongoing development support throughout the program lifecycle, but
also to equip graduates with practical skills and tools for managing their
careers and development.
